Yes, at least it was when I was there (years ago).

No
How old do you have to be to stay here?
How long can you stay at this shelter?
Assuming you're doing your part (adhering to the rules), 4 months. It used to be 1 year, but was changed when New Leaf acquired it.
How long is the wait to get in?
My advice, ignore the answer to this question (I don?t even know it). Calling first thing (when they open) EVERY morning is the quickest way to get in.
Does this place have lockers for personal items?
No. You get an assigned space where you sleep that others are not allow to enter. You put your stuff there. However, I had my wallet stolen on my first payday (thieves keep track of you) after I went to sleep (it was ?put away?).
If somebody develops covid while in the EVMC do they get kicked out?
Do you accept clothing used?
Can I come and go as I please?
No. You are required to check-in by a certain time for the night and are not permitted to leave until a certain time in the morning.
Do you accept used clean underwear?
