Description
They provide temporary housing to Transition Age Youth (TAY) ages 18-25 years old who are also in need of mental health services.In partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, clients receive intense case management to secure permanent housing, drug and alcohol counseling, and program services to further support clients and guide them towards success.
Their clients are challenged with chronic homelessness, mental health diagnoses and disabilities, as well as minor physical and learning disabilities.
After an initial screening, clients receive assistance in obtaining medical and mental health services apart from receiving assistance with financial matters, food access, and education or job preparation and referrals as appropriate.
