    This place has Zero help, nor do they have any registered Case Workers. It is extremely dangerous! There are several Carlsbad PD people protecting this squalid zone. DO not go here, do not abide by the rules, there are several groups overlooking the verifiable integrity of this institution and those who support it . Avoid at all costs, extremely dangerous and backed by instigators.
