Description
CHC is a temporary shelter with a goal of assisting each guest in attaining skills required to become self sufficient and independent in the community.Some of these skills include developing and maintaining healthy relationships, anger management, money management and spiritual development, if requested.
Guests are required to save a percentage of their income (if any) so as to accumulate enough funds to pay for permanent housing and related expenses. Move-in assistance, such as donated furniture and household items, is provided.
They are open 24 hours a day, but intake is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM only.
