Description
At The Salvation Army Center of Hope, they offer long-term transitional housing programs and life skills to help people move from a state of crisis, to independence and happier lives.Their multi-faceted programs serve families, single women and single men.
Housing for Families & Single Women provides safe housing and intensive case management for families and single women who are homeless or who are victims of abuse and neglect.
This program also offers training programs and referrals to treatment and recovery, if needed.
Their programs attempt to keep families connected, housing entire families with single moms, single dads, husbands and wives, and they are one of the few programs pleased to house teenage boys.
The goal of the program is to assist homeless families and single women in gaining the employment and personal skills necessary to achieve financial and personal stability and move to permanent housing.
